THEFT, VANDALISM, TRESPASSING and ANY ILLEGAL or DISRUPUTIVE ACTIVITY: Tiki Action Park is monitored 24/7 with a state of the art surveillance camera system, multiple security systems and professional security company. Our business policy is to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law anyone caught stealing, defacing, vandalizing property, assets or merchandise of this company.
Anyone caught trespassing on park grounds during closed times will also be prosecuted.
The park will request law enforcement assistance to remove any individuals who are intoxicated, disruptive, interfering with other patrons or employees, using profane language, using drugs, fighting or involved in any other illegal, harassing or dangerous activity on the company’s grounds.
RAIN CHECK POLICY: No cash refunds will be given. In the event of rain during the first 15 minutes of your round of mini golf, a rain check voucher will be granted which will allow for a complete round of golf on a future date (no expiration). Tiki Action Park reserves the right to deny a full rain check voucher if it is determined that the players were nearly finished when rain began, although a partial discount toward other items in the park may be considered.
In the event that rain causes the go-kart track to become too slick and we decide to shut it down for safety, go-kart tokens that were purchased can be exchanged for a “rain check voucher” that can be used on a future visit (no expiration).
For the safety and well-being of our patrons and employees, the outside park will close in the event of lightning.
RESTRICTIONS: Tiki Action Park is a smoke-free environment. Per order of the Fire Marshall, smoking is prohibited inside the facility and anywhere outside on the park’s grounds.
No alcohol is allowed in the establishment.
By order of the Board of Health, no outside beverages or food (except birthday cakes or cup cakes) is permitted. No coolers are allowed into the park.
No profane or offensive language will be tolerated.
DRESS CODE: In order to provide a safe, enjoyable and non-offensive environment for families of Long Island, we have implemented and will enforce a dress code. We ask for your cooperation and thank you in advance for your understanding. Offenders who do not comply will be denied entry and service.
No clothing with offensive language, graphics, messages or profanity is permitted.
Shirts, pants and shoes must be worn at all times. No exposed underwear or excessively revealing clothing permitted.
