DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of $50 ($51.98 credit/debit) is required to reserve your event. If you need to cancel your party (non weather related) and you notify us at least 48 hours before your party, we will issue a 12-month park voucher equal to your deposit.
RAIN DATE: We do not schedule rain dates in advance. If within 4 days of your party inclement weather is forecasted a rain date can be arranged. A decision can be made up to 1 hour before your party to postpone to the rain date or switch the party to an Indoor Arcade & Laser Maze Party. If weather becomes a factor during your party and outdoor attractions are cancelled, we can convert your party to an indoor event with extended arcade and laser maze.
RESERVATION: The party room or outdoor gazebo is reserved for your group for 2, 2¼, or 2½ hours, depending on the package you select. Guests are encouraged to continue to enjoy the park’s attractions after the scheduled party but must exit the seating area. The outdoor picnic area has no time limits.
PARTY TIMES: On weekends and holidays, party times are scheduled 11am-1:30pm, 1:45pm-4:15pm, 4:30pm-7pm and 7:15pm-9:45pm. If you select a party package that is less than 2 ½ hours, your party can be set up anytime within those 2½ hour brackets (ex. 11-2 or 11:15-1:15 or 11:30-2:30). We do not book parties during summer weekdays before 3:30pm due to large summer camp visits. If you select to have your party under the outdoor gazebo instead of the indoor party room, your party times are flexible. Times are also flexible for the indoor party room on weekdays.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed in our facility with the exception of birthday cakes or cupcakes. Catered food is available (menu on our web site) from a very reputable local restaurant but must be ordered by Tiki Action Park. Orders must be submitted to Tiki Action Park at least 48 hours in advance of your party. No delivery fees or additional charges will be added to the menu pricing and we will take care of all arrangements, set-up & clean-up.
Your Party Host will manage the entire event and will be available to serve and assist your guests, including adults.
The Party Balance including any additional purchases will be settled at the party’s conclusion. We accept cash, Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard & American Express only. No personal checks are accepted. We have an ATM on site. All parties, including deposits, are subject to sales tax. Payments made with credit cards or debit cards are subject to a 3.95% convenience fee.
Gratuity for your Party Host will be calculated at 10% of the final party bill. For parties with over 15 guests, two party hosts will manage your event and the total gratuity will be 17% for them to split. If an event requires 3 hosts (groups up to 40 guests) the total gratuity will also be 17% for the 3 to split. If you are satisfied with the service you receive, please consider an additional cash tip. They work extremely hard from set-up to clean-up to make your event as special and memorable as possible. So please take into consideration that their service for your event is much more involved than a waitress, yet the calculated tip is less than the standard waitress tip. If you are not satisfied with their service, please inform the owner.
You can bring in additional decorations but we do not allow confetti, silly string or piñatas.
Adults can play miniature golf with the children at no additional charge. If adults are needed to drive children in 2-seater go-karts, there is no charge for their participation.
Party leis or grass skirts cannot be worn while racing go-karts. The attendant will hold them until after the race.
Go-Kart policies apply to all guests. Please review these policies carefully. A go-kart waiver form is required to be signed by the guardian of the group for the entire party or parents of the individual guests prior to the racing.
At the time of go-kart racing, the party will be granted priority to begin racing ahead of the public. However, the track is not closed or exclusive to the group and a short delay may occur prior to the first race. We routinely keep the party together and the races consecutive, but we reserve the right to add customers to any of the party’s races (not common) or alternate a race consisting of the public with a race exclusive to the party. If this occurs, it will not affect the designated track time for the party.
