A “Waiver of Liability” agreement must be read, understood and agreed upon prior to racing a go-kart. Forms are on our web site, laminated to the front counter next to the ticket sales desk and loose in a basket on the front counter if you would like to take one for closer examination. A register form located next to the waiver must be signed prior to racing. This acknowledges your acceptance to its terms. It also confirms that you read, understood and accepted these following track rules which are also laminated to the front counter next to the waiver. Guardians of groups such as parents of a party, summer camp or scout leaders, etc., can sign a waiver for the group or event that they are responsible for.
Absolutely no bumping or reckless driving. Intentional bumping will result in removal from the track and loss of remaining time or races. No refunds will be given.
To drive a single seat go-kart you must be at least 58” tall. Absolutely no exceptions.
To drive a 2-seater go-kart you must be at least 58” tall & 16 years old. Proof of age is required. Passengers of a 2-seater go-kart must be at least 40” tall and 3 years old.
Hair below shoulders must be tied up into a secure bun (not a pony tail) above your shoulders. No loose clothing or accessories such as scarves, head-wear, party leis, etc. Go-karts have many moving parts, including the engine, rear wheels and axle, which are all located directly behind the seats and pose a snag and scalping hazard.
Drivers are not allowed to wear flip-flops, sandals without a heel strap, high heels or bare feet. Sneaker rental is available for $3.25, which includes a new pair of Tiki Action Park cotton socks to keep.
While on the track, you must stay in the go-kart with seatbelt fastened at all times.
Keep both feet in kart and both hands on steering wheel at all times.
If go-kart stops, remain seated & buckled and wait for assistance.
Drive slowly when entering pit area. Obey track staff and traffic lights.
When returning to pits after the race, remain seated until pit crew instructs you that it is safe to unbuckle your seatbelt, stand and exit.
Do not run in the pit area. Do not climb over or walk between parked karts.
Absolutely no smoking in the karts, pit area or the entire park.
No one assumed under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be allowed to operate a go-kart.
Pregnancy & health problems including any brace on your finger, hand, arm, leg or foot disqualifies you from racing.
Failure to comply with all safety rules will result in termination of race without refund.
